Online Order Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at greybytori@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not provide return labels, so you can use the preferred carrier of your choice.
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
- All items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with their tags attached and receipt or order print out included.
- Items that do not meet these requirements will not be acceptedÂ
A credit to your original form of payment will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow 3-4 business days from the time we receive your return to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account.
It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Grey Boutique.
Final Sales Items (not eligible for return, credit, or exchange):
Any discounted or sale items, jewelry, bags, hats, intimates, candles, gift cards.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you please let us know upon receipt.
Shipped returns must be postmarked within 12 days of the item being delivered to you due to transit time for it to get back to us. Additionally, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
If you'd like to bring it back to us in-store, you may do so within 12 days of delivery.
Grey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows us that the package has been delivered. Please contact your local shipping carrier for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In-Store Purchase Return Policy
Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase with receipt present. After 7 days all items are considered final sale.
We will only accept items for return that have all tags attached, are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages.
Final Sales Items (not eligible for return, credit, or exchange):
Any discounted or sale items, jewelry, bags, hats, intimates, candles, gift cards, swim, shoes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including: jewelry, candles, handbags, swim, footwear, and intimates. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
